1.1. MapFusion grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software Product under the terms set forth below (hereinafter referred to as the “License”).

1.2. These terms apply to the entire Software Product and its individual components.

2.1. MapFusion retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the Software Product, including but not limited to databases, graphics, images, videos, audio recordings, and other intellectual property elements. The accompanying documentation, whether printed or electronic, as well as any copies of the Software Product, remain the exclusive property of MapFusion.

2.2. The license granted is strictly for non-commercial personal use and allows usage in accordance with the conditions set forth in this agreement.

2.3. No rights beyond those explicitly stated in this agreement are granted.

3.1. The Software Product may be sold as an integrated component of a device or pre-installed on a system. In such cases, the Software Product is licensed as a single unit and must be used exclusively with the associated hardware.

3.2. If acquired separately, the Software Product may be transferred to another user only if the original owner no longer retains any copies of it and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement.

3.3. The license permits the Software Product to be installed and executed on a single device. It cannot be used on multiple devices simultaneously.

3.4. Users are prohibited from:

• Using the Software Product for commercial purposes.
• Renting, leasing, or providing temporary access to the software.
• Hosting or broadcasting the Software Product on online platforms for third-party access.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the software.
• Copying or distributing any portion of the Software Product.

3.5. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate termination of this agreement without prior notice.

4.1. Users must have a valid license to receive Software Product updates. Updates may replace or extend existing functionalities, and their use is subject to this agreement or a separate licensing agreement accompanying the update.

4.2. Once an update is installed, previous versions of the software cannot be used, except when required for the update process.

4.3. MapFusion is not liable for third-party modifications or unofficial updates that may affect software performance.

5.1. If the Software Product is labeled “Not for Resale”, it may only be used for demonstration, testing, or evaluation purposes. Any sale or unauthorized transfer of such software is strictly prohibited.

6.1. By activating the Software Product, users agree that MapFusion may collect and use technical data for software improvements, marketing, and other related purposes. However, personal data will not be disclosed.

7.1. MapFusion reserves the right to terminate this agreement if any terms are violated.

7.2. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software Product, including any associated documentation and updates.

8.1. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of the Software Product in violation of this agreement may result in legal action.

8.2. If the User breaches this agreement, they forfeit all rights to use the Software Product, including any associated warranties.

9.1. MapFusion guarantees that the software will function as described in its official documentation.

9.2. However, the software is provided "as is." MapFusion does not guarantee that it will meet all user expectations or work flawlessly in all environments. Users accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from its use.

9.3. Digital map data is for reference only and may not always reflect real-world conditions. MapFusion is not liable for any consequences resulting from reliance on this data.

10.1. By accepting this agreement and activating the license key, users also agree to MapFusion's Software Refund Policy. Further details are available on the official MapFusion website.
